Welcome to the 2009-2010 school year at Wild Rose Elementary School! I am excited and feel privileged to be part of the Wild Rose school community.
As principal, I am looking forward to building strong relationships with students, staff and parents. Through these connections, I know that we will work together to provide the best learning opportunities for all students. I am looking forward to celebrating the successes and sharing the positive spirit that are commonplace with the Wild Rose family. "Together We Bloom", the school motto, as well as the school mascot, the wolf, are the foundation of what Wild Rose is built upon. The mascot and motto reflect the importance of working together.
All members of a wolf pack accept responsibility for their young. This symbolizes the important role that all members of the school community have in working together to ensure the success of all students at Wild Rose. Through collaborative teamwork, we can achieve new heights in academics, fine arts, physical education, technology and citizenship. By recognizing the strengths and talents of our students, they will grow socially and academically. More importantly, by believing in one another and fostering the spirit of cooperation, anything is possible. The staff at Wild Rose looks forward to working with the Wild Rose families and we hope that you will take advantage of every opportunity to be a part of our school and all it has to offer.
